Today we’d like to introduce you to Amy Seing.
Hi Amy, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I moved to the Raleigh area in 2020 after working as a science teacher for many years, not knowing that this change would open a whole new chapter of my life. Teaching taught me patience, empathy, and how to truly listen, lessons that became the heart of my work when I transitioned into real estate and mortgage lending. Starting out in a new place wasn’t easy, but I built connections through trust and care, especially within the Thai community. What began as helping a few friends find homes soon grew into a full career built on relationships and genuine support.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not entirely smooth, but each obstacle has taught me valuable lessons and helped me grow.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Amy Seing, Realtor (NorthGroup Real Estate)?
My business focuses on helping families, especially within the Thai community, navigate real estate and mortgage processes with trust and care. I specialize in personalized guidance, making the home-buying journey simple and supportive. What sets us apart is the relationships we build. I’m proud that our clients feel understood, supported, and at home every step of the way.
If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
The most important qualities to my success are trust and caring. I share my own relocating experience with clients, helping them feel understood and supported throughout their journey.
