Meet Courtney Rollins of Estate Pro Service, LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Rollins

Hi Courtney, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After spending 16 years as a schoolteacher, I realized that my modest salary wouldn’t suffice to provide for my family, especially as I was preparing to get married. In my search for additional income, I came across influential books like “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill and “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki, which opened my eyes to the world of real estate investing.

Inspired by these insights, I began marketing to distressed property owners in Baltimore, Maryland. I would lock up contracts to purchase their properties and then sell my interest in those contracts to other investors. This strategy proved to be both prosperous and rewarding, allowing me to transition into full-time real estate investing. Eventually, I moved to Durham, North Carolina, where I continued to grow my real estate business, embracing the challenges and successes that came with this new entrepreneurial journey.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The biggest struggle is building up the pipeline. Marketing to cold leads can be a challenge as well. It is important to keep a positive outlook and high expectations after facing rejection and at times rudeness on a daily basis from property owners I market to.

We’ve been impressed with Estate Pro Service, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Estate Pro Service, lLC takes a heart, head, and hands on approach to the probate process. We help make the probate and estate planning process easier by creating income and wealth through real estate.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is waking up bright and early Saturday morning and gathering the neighborhood kids to play sandlot football at our elementary school. We’d play all day!
