Hi Crystal, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Before JETSET, I’d already launched two businesses, one in baby and children’s travel rentals and another in last-mile logistics that grew to more than $3M in annual revenue.
Fitness has been an essential part of my journey in maintaining good mental and physical health. As my husband Tyler and I grew our family and sought to play a larger role in the community while continuing to grow our businesses, JETSET Pilates stood out immediately.
JETSET is a workout that can be done safely at any age but it’s much more than that. The company, studios and community set the stage for connection. We want this studio to be a space where anyone can find a workout that meets them where they are and truly supports and energizes them, no matter their age or goals.
Bringing JETSET to Jacksonville feels like the perfect opportunity to share something we believe in and to create a space where people can feel supported, energized, and inspired.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Of course, opening any new business takes effort, but my previous experience building and scaling companies has prepared me to navigate those challenges with confidence. With JETSET’s proven model and partnership, we’ve been able to focus on creating a studio that will truly serve and energize the Gate Parkway community. It’s been a very supportive road. One of the reasons we were drawn to JETSET is because the brand provides such a strong foundation for its franchise partners. From the training to the systems to the community of other owners, we’ve felt guided every step of the way.
There is also a genuine focus on relationships and community. At JETSET, if something comes up that affects the group as a whole, they’re proactive about improving it. That level of care makes such a difference because it’s not just about opening a business, it’s about creating the best possible experience for clients.

JETSET Pilates is a modern, musically driven Pilates experience that blends the precision of traditional Pilates with the energy of cardio and strength training. All in just 50 minutes. Every class is set to a DJ-curated playlist and led on our custom reformers designed to maximize results. What sets us apart is not only the effectiveness of the workout, but the culture and community around it. The JETSET experience is about building connections, feeling energized, and being part of something bigger.
For me, fitness has been life-changing. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a space where others can experience those same benefits. We see clients with a wide range of needs: someone preparing for surgery and looking to build strength, a new mom focusing on pelvic floor recovery, or someone simply looking for a safe workout at any age.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the way JETSET elevates the entire client experience. From the sleek, modern studio design to curated lighting, signature scent, and thoughtful amenities, every detail is intentional. Our instructors are trained not only to guide the workout, but to connect personally with each client so they feel supported in their individual goals. That combination of results, experience, and community is what makes JETSET so special and what I’m excited to share here in Jacksonville.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
A valuable lesson for me has been the importance of alignment. Making decisions that stay true to my values and passions is important. Along the way, I looked at a lot of business opportunities that seemed great on the surface, but once I dug deeper, I realized we didn’t share the same values or the way of doing things.
With JETSET, everything just made sense. The workout is safe, effective, and something people can do at any age, and the brand itself is rooted in community and growth. That gave me the confidence to know this is the right fit, not just for me, but for building something meaningful and lasting here in Jacksonville.
