Hi Dr. Beatty, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I used to be very shy and afraid to speak publicly. Not only was I afraid to speak, but I also felt inferior because I was in remedial classes in my first year of college. I felt like others were smarter than me. However, with determination and hard work, I overcame my fears and insecurities and became an RN, BSN, MBA, DBA. Now, I am the owner of a 120-bed assisted living community, a best-selling author of 8 books, an international keynote speaker, and a master business and life coach. I am grateful for how far I’ve come, and I thank God for guiding me on this journey.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As a child, I faced the devastating impact of abuse from my babysitter, a journey filled with pain and struggle. Despite the darkness of those days, I found strength and resilience through my faith. I refused to let the trauma define me. Instead, I chose to embrace the person the Lord created me to be. Today, I stand as a beacon of hope for other women, guiding them on their own paths to healing. My past experiences have given me a unique empathy and understanding, allowing me to connect deeply with those who have suffered similar traumas. Through my work, I strive to help other women find the same sense of healing and empowerment that I have discovered. I am a testament to the fact that no matter how deep the wounds, with faith and perseverance, we can all find our way back to the light and be whom the Lord has created us to be.
We’ve been impressed with Laticia Nicole Enterprises, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a speaker, a powerful speaker of words that create waves of transformation and inspire souls to reach new heights. I am the visionary behind the Speak Life Transformational Institute, where I teach women and girls how to overcome their fears. My journey as an entrepreneur is deeply aligned with my divine assignment. I am a trailblazer in multiple industries, known for my ability to captivate audiences with my message of speaking life.
One of my proudest accomplishments is owning and operating a 120-bed assistant living facility, where I provide exceptional care to residents. Additionally, I am a travel agent and the owner of an online boutique that offers detox tea, vitamin C, and turmeric health products.
As an author of eight bestselling books, I specialize in imparting wisdom and enlightenment to readers. My books guide others through a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Through all of my endeavors, I am guided by my faith and consider myself a woman of God.
What sets me apart from other business owners is my holistic approach to empowerment and transformation. I believe in addressing the mind, body, and spirit to create lasting change. My brand is built on the foundation of authenticity, compassion, and empowerment. I want others to know that through my offerings, they can embark on a journey of self-discovery, find healing, and unlock their full potential.
Any big plans?
In the future, I am excited to organize events around the world called ‘The Reset.’ These events will offer a spiritual branding experience for business owners, authors, and leaders to reset their businesses. The strategies shared will come straight from the Lord, including business strategies, branding strategies, PR strategies, and photographers, all aligned with the Kingdom of God.
I am also looking forward to teaching classes on the confidence blueprint and the power of praise as a weapon of warfare and deliverance for business owners. These classes will empower individuals to step into their true potential and achieve success in both their personal and professional lives.
Overall, I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and fulfill their divine purpose. I believe that by aligning our business practices with spiritual principles, we can create lasting impact and bring glory to God
