Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I began my digital marketing journey right as my college years started. I took two internships in the gap between high school and college with a local Private Equity company and a Self-Storage company; at the end of those 4 months the Self-Storage company offered to fire the agency they were working with and offered me the job if I wanted it…. that’s when I thought “alright maybe I could turn this into something.”
As I went through college, I began picking up clients who I would help with their SEO, Google Ads, & Web Design. We had some SERIOUS success with helping a general contracting company move their revenue from $3.5M to $8M within 24 months, helped a fencing contractor increase their lead flow by +400%, and building websites for different companies along the way.
As the company grew I picked up several employees who helped solidify our processes that consistently bring results to our clients. Now we’re located in downtown Raleigh looking to change the lives’ of business owners within the Triangle and across the country.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not, there’s been times where I’ve asked myself why I decided to start my own company as general issues pop up, people-issues arise, and the hours I’ve committed stack up WAY past others in my circle have to put into their work. Staying mentally steady is definitely one of those struggles that I try and keep an eye on; whether things are rocking for the business or if we’ve hit a valley.
