Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Sure. I spent over 20 years in corporate tech and business consulting, helping leaders grow their companies — yet I felt completely disconnected from myself. Success on paper didn’t equal fulfillment in my heart.
In 2020, I took a leap of faith, moved to Costa Rica with my children, and reconnected with nature, my breath, and my purpose. What began as my personal healing journey evolved into Cre888 Love – Journey Within™, a wellness brand that bridges science and spirituality to help others heal from the inside out.
I combined my background in leadership strategy with certifications in breathwork, yoga, Reiki, and plant medicine integration to create The Journey Within™ Framework — a system guiding people to awaken, release, rewire, and rise.
Today, I work with clients worldwide — from CEOs and athletes to mothers and healers — offering breathwork coaching, retreats, and online programs that empower people to regulate their nervous systems, reprogram beliefs, and live in alignment with their true essence.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not a smooth road — but every challenge has been sacred medicine.
Leaving a stable corporate career to follow a calling that didn’t make logical sense was terrifying. There were seasons of financial uncertainty, rebuilding my identity, and learning to trust my intuition over strategy. As a single mom, balancing motherhood, healing, and entrepreneurship stretched me in ways I never imagined.
There were moments I questioned everything — wondering if I was crazy for walking away from the safety of what I knew. But those same moments taught me surrender, faith, and the power of breath to anchor me through it all.
I had to dismantle the patterns of overworking, people-pleasing, and perfectionism — the very things that had once made me “successful.” Now I see those challenges as initiations. They stripped away who I thought I had to be and revealed who I truly am.
The path hasn’t been easy, but it’s been real — and that’s where the transformation lives.

Cre888 Love – Journey Within™ is more than a business — it’s a movement dedicated to helping people return home to themselves through breathwork, somatic healing, and conscious transformation.
I blend science-backed nervous system regulation with quantum energetics, mindset work, and spirituality to create a full-spectrum approach to healing. My signature process, The Journey Within™ Framework, guides clients through four stages — Awaken, Release, Rewire, and Rise — helping them shift out of stress and survival and into alignment, purpose, and peace.
What sets Cre888 Love apart is the integration of both structure and soul. I draw from over 20 years of leadership and coaching experience, yet every session is intuitive, embodied, and heart-led. I work with CEOs, athletes, healers, and mothers — people ready to break old cycles, expand consciousness, and create lasting change.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
Absolutely. Nothing about Cre888 Love or Journey Within™ was built alone — it’s been a co-creation with some incredible souls.
First and foremost, my children, Addison and Aaron, have been my greatest teachers and motivators. They’ve witnessed every version of me — from burnout to breakthrough — and reminded me daily why this work matters: to model what freedom, peace, and self-trust look like.
I’ve also been blessed with mentors and allies who helped me embody this path. Sarah and Brad at La Matriztica in Costa Rica introduced me to deeper levels of plant medicine, ceremony, and service — they’ve become family. Ben Holt and the High Impact Healer community supported my growth as a facilitator and gave me the courage to expand my reach.
My clients have been some of my biggest teachers, too. Every session, retreat, and breathwork journey reflects the courage of people willing to do the inner work — their transformation fuels mine.
And finally, my close sisterhood of women — fellow healers, coaches, and creatives — have held space for me when I doubted myself, celebrated every milestone, and reminded me that this movement is bigger than any one person.
