Meet Jessica Harrison of She Is Me

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Harrison.

Hi Jessica, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, let’s briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My journey with life coaching began long before I knew what a life coach was. I’ve been coaching others for years. I have always had a heart for people and encouraged them to live their best lives. My commitment to women around the world inspired my business name. Every woman has a story, but another woman can relate to your situation within every story. As women, if we decide to change the societal norm that we are each other’s enemies, we could build a village of support around each other.

You wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been fairly smooth?
The joy you get from venturing out and taking the leap of entrepreneurship brings on many good and bad emotions. The road had been smoother than it was. However, I have found the light in every lesson I’ve learned. As a Christian and follower of Christ, I know there will be a light at the end of every struggle. I am shifting my mindset to find that light while in the struggle has been the most important thing that has kept my business consistent. When focusing on the success of your business, it is important to know that you will have some bumps and the road won’t always be smooth, but believing that your business is your God-given right gives you peace amid the rough patches.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At She Is Me, we offer individual life coaching, group coaching, and ambassador programs. The ambassador programs are designed to build community amongst young ladies and women worldwide. It is designed to guide sincere connections among women while exploring outcomes that will equip women to cheer for one another. I understand that not every woman has time to sit with a life coach. I have recently published the first of many life coaching journals. The journal is entitled “Dear Sis,” It was created for the busy woman who seldom makes time for herself. The journal is a 30-day guide to rediscovering and redefining who you are outside of being everything for everyone. The journal can be found on Amazon. My husband and I also own and operate The Harrison Institute, where we train and certify skilled life coaches and develop relational leaders with diverse organizations.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Take time to celebrate every step you have taken towards your goal. Small victories lead to big goals! Trust your process.
