Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica LaGoy.
Hi Jessica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
In 2020 I decided to follow my passion for helping people in a different way of outside of nursing, this time focusing on serving people online through self-love coaching. Since then I’ve served many women and now men with coaching and breathwork services. I earned my certification as a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator in 2022 and it’s been a game changing tool for my clients and for myself. I still work part time as a nurse and get incredible fulfillment out of serving clients in my business! I’ve done several in person events as well, including a women’s retreat in Costa Rica. I’ve gotten to this place through a lot of investment into my own personal growth, coaching and therapy, and with the support of incredible friends.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Growth is never a smooth road! Haha. I’ve dealt with financial pressures and mistakes, imposter syndrome, a huge learning curve and sacrificing personal time and weekends to make this dream come alive and stay alive. Also for me marketing and lead generation is my biggest challenge, but once a client works with me it feels easy, aligned and fulfilling and keeps me going.

As a business owner I am a Self Love Coach, Trauma-Informed Breathwork facilitator and intuitive guide. My mission is to guide people home to their true selves—helping them awaken their inner power, ignite deep self-love, & consciously create lives that feel joyful, aligned, & wildly authentic with the transformational magic of breathwork & embodiment.
Most of my work is online, with 1-2 in person events each year ranging from classes to retreats.
I offer an online monthly membership called The Self Love Club for those who want to dip their toe into working with me. For those who want deeper transformation and support I offer 1:1 coaching as well as my newest group coaching container: Grown Woman.
What sets me apart is my 15yrs experience as a registered nurse, my trauma-informed perspective, a customized holistic wellness approach and my own personal journey overcoming grief and trauma.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Leaning into my intuition, creativity and resilience through challenges. I keep going, and I’ve learned to ask for support when needed. I’ve had to give up the ideas of what my business should look like at a certain point, and focus more on how it feels, who I’m serving and finding what brings me joy and balance with the rest of my life priorities.
