Today we’d like to introduce you to Kamory Beale.
Hi Kamory, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Kamory Beale from Rochester, NY but I relocated to NC in September of 2017 shortly after graduating from college at the University of Buffalo. I began my journey in real estate while working in a sales position at a call center. Never thought about being an agent but everyone said my personality shined like one.
I always loved interior decorating, HGTV, and luxury home window shopping on Zillow. However, when I took my real estate course I truly fell in love with all aspects of it. I began in the property management industry and worked all the way up to a property manager while still trying to get my real estate license. I finally got my license in March 2021 and when I began training I genuinely felt like I have found my passion and purpose in life. God told me this was my calling to help people and the career in which I flourish.
Using my bubbly personality, nurturing spirit, and get it done attitude. I wanted to take the real estate world by storm. I quit my full-time job as a property manager and dived deep into real estate in September of 2021. It has been the scariest most fulfilling thing that I have ever done and I do not regret it.
I have already closed some deals and have clients rolling in that want to work with me just for being myself. As of today I now have a registered business by the name of Elevated Elegant Homes and you should plan to see that name everywhere soon!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not been a smooth road at all. One of the most difficult things that I have done to be exact.
I am used to being a perfectionist and getting everything right the first time I try. The real estate exam laughed at me with that mentality. They tell you in school that the test is hard and not many people pass on the first try. No way they thought I would ever be one of those people that failed, it’s not in my DNA.
Apparently, it was. I took the test a total of 3 times and paid for Lord knows how many prep courses online but I finally passed. almost gave up, but I was so glad that I didn’t. Perseverance and prayer always win! (I cried when I got the results that I passed).
We’ve been impressed with Elevated Elegant Homes, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I built my business on the vision of educating and assisting clients to obtain the real estate goals of their dreams.
Elevated Elegant Homes LLC is committed to providing an unforgettable experience to each client relationship whether residential or commercial. We guarantee to educate each client about every step of the process as well as encourage them in regards to positive thinking of their obtainable goals We pledge to enlighten our clients in regards to an elevated way of thinking as well as provide a positive professional experience.
My company is known for its customer service, we are here to educate, enlighten, and excite people about real estate. One review I received stated that “It’s been a pleasure working with you and nice to know there are people who do what they say and mean it.” I live by that. Everything that I tell you I will do, I deliver! I am most proud of building this brand. It is my first business and I am passionate about every piece of it.
I want the readers to know what sets Elevated Elegant Homes apart from other real estate companies is my motivating factor is not a dollar sign. I do not rush any process just to get a commission. I want clients to not only be satisfied but to be educated and aware of the entire process after going on this journey. That is my ultimate goal. Also, I am focusing my niche on a unique market in real estate which is called REO bank-owned properties.
I have a short sales and foreclosure resource certification as well as an extensive work history in property management. My aspiration for my business is to be well versed in multiple areas of real estate as well as be a resource to everyone we network with.
What do you think about happiness?
I’ve learned throughout the years that happiness is a choice. That’s what I think of it. Life is happening to everyone every day . Each day isn’t filled with rainbows and sunshine. Complaining about it doesn’t change it. But when I choose to look past any negative circumstance and press forward, I choose me. I choose happiness.
The smallest things make me happy. . I get joy from making people smile, making them feel special, and bringing joy to their lives. I do that because it just warms my heart to do so.
The other thing that makes me happy is spending quality time with friends and family. Traveling, singing karaoke, writing and how can I forget my favorite, tacos!
