Today we’d like to introduce you to Lori Alderman.
Hi Lori, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am now here in 2024, launching my new Life Coaching business. It is called Evolved Life Coaching by Lori Alderman. I also own Shining Light Reflexology ✨️ and Reiki, where I have my Reiki and Reflexology Sessions along with Crystal 🔮 Healing and Sound Healing. I also teach Reiki Certification Classes.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As far as what makes me happy 😊. I love spending time with my husband and 3 awesome dogs and family and friends. I also love playing and listening 🎶 to music. I love to read and meditate. I love spending time in nature hiking. I also love exercising and trying to stay healthy.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Certified Reflexologist. I got into Life Coaching because I love helping others, and I felt like it was tied into what I already do. I feel like there’s a need for Life Coaching because many of us I have great ideas and goals but need someone to hold them accountable to help make them happen.
What does success mean to you?
As far as lessons learned along the way, I’ve learned it’s important to keep putting yourself out there and trusting in the process. Also, patience is key.
Pricing:
- I Offer 1st time clients free 20-minute phone consultations. Then my 1-hour sessions are $75. But I also have package deals. 6-pack 1-hour sessions for $375.00 (1 hour is free).
