Meet Michael Ivery

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Ivery.

Hi Michael, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
CWC Media Group started because I was booked to cover a large Music Festival and knew I could not do it alone. I begin looking for like-minded photographers and videographers that also covered concerts and performances. The team grew rapidly and is still growing. We are currently expanding and have recently added members in Atlanta, GA, and New Jersey. 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The major struggle is gaining access to concerts and performances through the channels provided. Outside of that, it’s been smooth sailing, and the quality of work speaks for itself. 

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We are a group with many talented Content creators. Although I created the group, it’d be selfish to just speak of my work. We specialize in concert, conference, festival, and sporting event coverage, to name a few. I am most proud of the continued growth of the individual team members. The fact that we are an extended family to each other sets us apart from others. 

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I work a full-time day job
