Meet Samantha of Strazanac Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha.

Hi Samantha, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Back in 2015, I started Strazanac Solutions almost by accident. At the time, I was freelancing and working with a handful of small restaurants and bar clients who trusted me to handle their marketing projects. The challenge was that when it came time to send invoices, I felt like clients weren’t taking me as seriously as they would a larger business. At my father’s advice, to establish more credibility, I created a company name (my father’s idea), a logo, a website, and other professional ways to present my services. What started as a way to look more “official” on paper quickly grew into something bigger than I ever expected.
What began as a side hustle soon transformed into a thriving business. Once I branded myself under Strazanac Solutions, clients and community members began referring me to others, and the work started to grow naturally. Over time, I expanded from just handling small projects to offering a full range of marketing and branding services for businesses of all sizes. Looking back, it’s funny to think that what I created to make invoices look more legitimate has now evolved into an award-winning company that has helped numerous companies and clients across dozens of industries reach their goals. It truly proves that sometimes the best opportunities come from unexpected beginnings.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Growing Strazanac Solutions has not been without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles I’ve faced is competing with others in the industry who offer lower rates but bring far fewer qualifications to the table. Time and again, I’ve run into prospects who focus only on price rather than the quality and long-term value of the work. It can be disheartening to know the level of talent, strategy, and dedication my team provides, only to lose opportunities to someone promising a quick, cheap fix. These situations tested my confidence, but they also fueled my determination to keep showing clients the difference between cutting corners and investing in real expertise.
On top of that, like many small businesses, I’ve had to navigate financial and cash flow struggles while balancing growth and sustainability. There were moments when staying focused on the big picture wasn’t easy, but I never lost sight of the original goal: delivering large-agency quality services at small-team prices, backed by the highest level of talent. That mission kept me grounded through the tough times and reminded me why Strazanac Solutions exists—to give service-based SMBs the kind of marketing support that not only helps them compete, but thrive. Those struggles shaped the business into what it is today: resilient, resourceful, and committed to exceeding expectations.

We’ve been impressed with Strazanac Solutions, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Strazanac Solutions, we consider ourselves professional problem solvers. From broken-down team buses hours away, to a flooded office the day before Thanksgiving, and misplaced tradeshow booths on the first day of a conference, there are a few problems we’ve been approached to handle that we haven’t been able to find a solution for. While marketing is at the core of what we do, our approach goes far beyond campaigns and content… we’re here to help in any way we can. We take the time to look at your business as a whole—your goals, your challenges, your current positioning in the market—and then craft strategies and solutions that support sustainable growth and attainable goals. By viewing the bigger picture, we ensure that the solutions we deliver don’t just look good on the surface but truly move the needle for your business.
Our clients are service-based SMBs who are driven and passionate about what they do, but often need a partner who can step in with a clear, holistic perspective. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches or one-size-fits-all services. Instead, we dig deep to understand what makes your business unique and where you want to go, so we can create strategies that not only elevate your marketing but also strengthen the foundation of your brand in the marketplace. This level of collaboration means we become an extension of your team, invested in your success at every stage.
Our greatest pride lies in the recognition we’ve earned for doing business the right way, most notably the BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics in the Small Business Division. That award reflects our dedication to integrity, transparency, and results that truly matter to our clients. Backed by a team of talented professionals, we’ve built an award-winning firm that consistently delivers large-agency quality with small-team efficiency.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Over the past 10 years, Strazanac Solutions has had the privilege of serving more than 200 brands across five countries, including the United States, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and the UK. One of my proudest moments was when the US Department of Commerce referred us to an international client who required public relations support in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Thanks to my cultural background and connections in Brazil, I was able to secure media attention for them in all three languages, helping their brand gain visibility across multiple markets. Experiences like this remind me of how far we’ve come and how uniquely positioned we are to support clients with diverse and global needs.
