I’m Toni Thomas, your solo esthetician and brow artist servicing the vibrant city of Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas for the past 4 years and counting. As a full-time mom, I am more than an esthetician—a trusted confidante, your wax therapist, a skilled artisan, and a relentless advocate for self-love and self-care. Through my passion for the beauty industry, I am privileged to play a small yet meaningful role in the lives of those I serve, helping them to rediscover their inherent beauty and embrace their unique glow through various eyebrow grooming techniques.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The beauty industry, particularly the eyebrow and waxing segment, can be highly competitive, with numerous salons, spas, and independent practitioners contesting for clients. Standing out in a crowded market requires unique offerings, exceptional service, and effective marketing strategies. As a solo esthetician, I take immense pride in cultivating meaningful connections with my clients- “My Beauties.” My professionalism, inviting customer interactions, and satisfactory client referrals sets me apart as your trusted esthetician.

I offer a comprehensive range of services and personalized skincare solutions. Beauty & the Brow specializes in eyebrow waxing, tinting, permanent brows, and Brazilian waxing. I love to use my passion for waxing to educate everyone on my targeted exfoliating skincare line, The Beauty’s Exfoliating Trio, and pre- and post-waxing skincare do’s and don’ts.

My meticulous attention to detail and personal connection to my beauties sets me apart as a solo esthetician. Whether shaping eyebrows, performing permanent makeup service, or conducting a Brazilian wax, I strive for precision and perfection in every aspect of my work, ensuring optimal results.
