

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ximena Rosales
Hi Ximena, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I worked in the corporate world for over 17 years and in 2015 I had a professional watershed moment. I had “everything” you can hope for in a good position, including that I had a competitive salary and was applying a great amount of experience and knowledge to my role. But, I was not passionate about it anymore. I felt I had to take my next step.
So, I prepared myself for a year to take the risk and quit and leave behind what I had built in order to plunge into the next chapter of my professional life.
After quitting my employer, I had to decide what I really wanted to do. I initially considered focusing my career on the digital ad world but, while that got underway, I started to work as a full time Realtor as I already had my license. I thought that because of my corporate experience, it’d be easier but the reality was I got frustrated as no one guided me as I had grown to expect.
When you work in sales for best-in-class companies as I had, you receive training, a client list and all internal processes are well designed and fine-tuned. I decided to take this new business into my own hands and began to apply my professional knowledge to be more productive through (mostly) free digital resources, and through trial and error, I created the ideal digital Realtor workflow with my own methodology. Not only did it positively impact my own business with clients posting amazing online reviews about my service, other realtors that I had worked on deals with told me the same, saying that the transactions flowed easily thanks to my high level of digital organization. So, I thought it would be a good idea to share my professional know-how with other realtors and I designed a training course to teach a workshop for real estate agents based on success cases. This benefits all of us. After all, each real estate transaction is represented by two parts so if both parts work efficiently, it’s a win-win for all.
After 10 years working in the Greater Miami FL market, we decided to move to North Carolina to the RTP area because of my Husband’s job. I started preparing by getting another license and continuing to grow my business outside of Florida. It’s been more than a year and I can not be more than happy to be lucky to have the opportunity of working here in the Triangle area. I was well received. People are so nice, and friendly and made me feel at home. Since then, my business in NC has grown rapidly as well as my business in Florida. Getting the next level in my professional career, made me of those times working in big companies when I managed big markets and regions.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Of course not. I had to learn how to grow up and make some changes in my personality to be less shy and more open to people. Working in sales helps you develop skills, even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone.

Prior to my career in real estate, I spent over 17 years in the media industry, where I developed a strong track record of success in sales. This experience has taught me how to think outside the box and close every deal. I am also a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS, a NAR certification), which means that I have the advanced training and expertise necessary to help you sell your home for the best possible price. I leverage next-generation technology to provide my clients with faster, more efficient, and more secure service. I am also fluent in Spanish, which allows me to serve a wider range of clients.
