Today we’d like to introduce you to Ike Fresh.
Hi Ike, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Isaac Holden known as Ike Fresh. I grew up in the church playing the drums and bongos and always had a passion for music. I started recording my songs in the music industry in 2007 when I was in a high school group, then eventually branched out after 4 years and went to Living Arts College in Raleigh, NC. I majored in Audio Engineering and Design. I have been out of state with my music, made some dope connections, and performed at a few venues. 2020 I started my LLC with my clothing brand in North Carolina, and since then, that’s been doing well.
Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Everyday life challenges, this business takes money, and you need to be in it for your investments to succeed. Sometimes I had to step back and reevaluate some things to get to where I was trying to go.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a music artist as well as an engineer! I own my clothing line, and I’m proud of it! I really can do what I want and get paid for it! I’m different from others because I like to go above and beyond; creativity is so huge that you don’t know how I will approach something!
