Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Jenkins.
Hi Michael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started working in the entertainment business in LA where I ran across a master herbalist who started educating me on plants and herbs. At that time, I was working out and trying different supplements to improve my health and performance. Unfortunately, nothing was working which led me on my journey to create my own. With the help of my herbalist Formula R3 was born.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not at all, business is not linear. Alot of peaks and valleys which is part of the journey. I found on my journey that the losses I faced became lessons in the end. Some struggles are just getting an idea to come life and staying consistent. Issues from label design, marketing, business structure to name a few i had to learn. Like many entrepreneurs “trial and error ” eventually you’ll figure it out if you stay consistent
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
A business owner i am, but i am creator at heart. Formula R3 is my creation from inception, which i found fun but challenging along the way. Just creating something from scratch then taking it to market is fascinating accomplishment and i enjoy helping others. I am proud of most is creating Formula R3 because i see how it is benefiting people health wise and me as an individual set me apart from others because know one can do me better than me
