Today we’d like to introduce you to Sivys Velazco.

Hi Sivys, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I grew up in a family of realtors; when I was 12 years old I used to go to showings with my aunt, she was and always has been a top agent in Texas. I always admired her work and how much she cared for her clients. Seeing her and helping her with her showings while visiting her in Texas had me dreaming about being a realtor just like her one day.

I began my career in real estate in Boca Raton, Florida, then moved to North Carolina, where I found me forever home. I specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties and consulting for investing purposes. My clients often describe me as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. K earn the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by offering them candid advice.

Clients appreciate my flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and ability to accurately price and market a home.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
What has been challenging for me I would say moving to different cities and states. The market is always different from one place to the other.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
Due to COVID, the market was completely different. I had to adjust and learn about the market while the crisis was going on. For someone that loves meeting clients face to face. That was a hard part because we had to change that to phone meetings over zoom.
