Hi Stacey, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hi, I’m Stacey! I am a travel and tourism specialist, a certified travel agent, and the creative voice behind StacePlores. My journey began in beautiful Puerto Rico, where I grew up surrounded by vibrant colors and tropical landscapes. Today, I am proud to call North Carolina my home, and I have completely fallen in love with everything this incredible state has to offer.I founded StacePlores in 2021 with a simple mission: to inspire people to step outside, explore mindfully, and connect deeply with the beauty of this world. Whether I’m capturing a crisp mountain sunrise on my camera, seeking out hidden gems like a cozy French bakery, or planning a budget friendly road trip, I am constantly reminded of how grand and beautiful our Creator’s work is.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
In 2022, StacePlores faced a major setback when I got hacked. In an instant, I lost years of hard work, precious memories, and the community I had poured my heart into building. It was devastating, but it didn’t stop me. If anything, it reminded me exactly why I started. I chose to rebuild from scratch, refusing to let that obstacle dim my passion for creating content, capturing beautiful moments, and inspiring others to explore.

Eco-Tourism & Nature Travel: I specialize in outdoor exploration, from mapping out North Carolina’s finest hiking trails and state parks to planning scenic mountain and coastal escapes.
Budget-Friendly Adventure Curation: Proving that memorable travel doesn’t require an unlimited budget. I focus on maximizing value, finding affordable hidden gems, and planning cost-effective itineraries.
Visual Storytelling & Landscape Photography: Capturing the raw, peaceful beauty of creation through high-quality nature photography that inspires people to step outside.
Bespoke Itinerary Planning: Designing seamless, stress-free travel plans tailored to individual preferences, relaxation, and outdoor leisure.
Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was a nerdy child, I loved and still love everything related to nature, animals, wildlife, scenic views, science, ocean, galaxy, everything related to it… It always made me feel in peace and loved in some way, it was like a hug to my heart. My dream was to be a pilot but because health issue never were able to. But that didn’t stopped me to chase my dreams of “traveling” and capturing “nature”. I actually think I wanted to be a pilot not just because I love everything related to aviation but it was mostly because I wanted to explore new places and new things. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. My interest keep being the same since I was child, share with others the amazing things out there, capturing moments and creating beautiful memories, that make us feel tiny and grateful.
