Tranita, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Let me take you on a journey through my life, my name is Tranita Alexander, and I wear many hats, each one crafted with grace and passion and purpose. As I reflect on the past, I can hardly believe it’s been almost 14 years since I said “I do” to my wonderful husband. Together, we’ve built a beautiful family, raising four energetic boys who fill our home with laughter and joy. Living in Raleigh, NC, I’ve created a life that revolves around love, family, and nurturing the relationships that mean the most to me.

But my journey doesn’t end there. I’ve carved out a path in the tech world, stepping into leadership roles where I can make a difference. It’s been a fulfilling challenge, one that allows me to share my knowledge and experience while opening doors for others in the technology industry. I strive to empower those around me, paving the way for their success just as I’ve fought for my own.

Entrepreneurship is another chapter of my story. Alongside my husband, we took a leap of faith and established Martinizing Cleaners-North Raleigh. We have been open for two years and our team has helped us establish a 5-Star reviewed business in Raleigh. This venture has not only been a source of livelihood but also a testament to our shared dreams and hard work. Guided by my ever-growing faith in God, I embrace risks and continuously seek personal and professional growth.

Each challenge I face fuels my determination, inspiring me to push forward and encouraging others to do the same. Which has fueled me to create a community, podcast and series of event for women that are looking to thrive in their life. Proverbs 31 is dedicated to inspiring and empowering women to embrace their unique journeys and celebrate their strengths! Through engaging discussions, heartfelt stories, and expert interviews, we’ll tackle real-life challenges, share practical tips, and encourage one another to pursue our God-given purpose. Whether you’re a busy mom, a professional, a student, or navigating life’s transitions, this podcast is for you! We believe that every woman has the potential to thrive, and together, we will uncover the strength, resilience, and beauty that lies within each of us.

Giving back is deeply important to me, and I consider myself a philanthropist at heart. I believe in the power of making a positive impact in the lives of others. That’s why I founded “Say Grace,” an initiative close to my heart, where we provide warm, home-cooked meals to those in need on Thanksgiving Day. It’s a small act of kindness that brings me immense joy and fulfillment. Through every twist and turn of my journey, I’ve relied on the strength that only God can provide.

My commitment to my family, my accomplishments in the tech industry, my entrepreneurial spirit, and my dedication to philanthropy reflect the abundant grace I’ve experienced. I am grateful for the life I’ve built and the opportunity to inspire others along the way.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Life’s journey is rarely a straight path; it’s often filled with twists, turns, and obstacles that can seem daunting at times. However, each challenge faced has played a crucial role in shaping who I am today. The struggles and hardships may not have been easy, but they have been instrumental in refining my gifts and talents.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned the importance of resilience and perseverance. In moments of doubt and difficulty, I have discovered a strength within myself that is rooted in faith. This divine strength has helped me navigate through the storms, reminding me that I am never alone. God’s presence has been a guiding light, encouraging me to rise above adversity and embrace the lessons learned along the way.

The journey, with all its ups and downs, has been worthwhile because it has led me to a deeper understanding of my purpose in life.

With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I have had the privilege of navigating the ever-evolving landscape of technology. As an IT Manager, I lead teams in implementing innovative solutions that drive efficiency and success for our organization. My passion for technology is matched only by my commitment to empowering those around me.

In pursuit of this mission, I created the “Proverbs 31” podcast, a platform dedicated to uplifting and inspiring women. Through meaningful conversations, I share insights, resources, and stories that encourage women to embrace their strengths, pursue their passions, and support one another in their journeys. Each episode aims to foster a sense of community and empowerment, reminding listeners of their value and potential.

Additionally, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. Through my work with “Say Grace,” I have the honor of helping to feed over 350 people on Thanksgiving Day in Raleigh, NC. This initiative not only provides meals to those in need but also brings together volunteers and community members to share in the spirit of gratitude and generosity.

Together, my career in IT, my podcast, and my community service reflect my dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others. I believe that by empowering women and supporting our community, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
My parents have laid the foundational values that have shaped my character. With a praying mother and providing father instilling in me the importance of faith, hard work and compassion.

My husband has been a steadfast partner, providing unwavering support and encouragement, believing in my dreams even when I doubted myself. His love has empowered me to embrace my true potential and face challenges with courage.

My children, with their boundless energy and innocent curiosity, have reminded me of the beauty in life’s simple moments, inspiring me to be the best version of myself. Their laughter and love have fueled my determination to create a nurturing home filled with faith and resilience.

Together these cherished relationships have provided support, love, inspiration, each contributing to the person I have become.
