Hi Venkat, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My Journey being in the Pharmacy field started while I was pursuing my Masters in New York, Licensed to be Pharmacist is great feeling–Job security is the foremost, helping customers with their health needs has been most satisfying part of being a Pharmacist, I enjoyed listening to customers, they talked about their family, their health, grand kids and pets. Always looked forward to help them in anyway either finding them right med for their ailment, finding best and affordable alternate and to other over the counter medications
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Path to destination has not been easy and smooth, being a first generation immigrant, one has to go through hurdles clearing different examinations to be a part of Pharmacy world, but, nevertheless, once your are destined to reach the destination than path to that point is always beautiful

My job duties includes filling prescriptions, checking for medication interactions, and educating patients about their medications. We also provide vaccinations and help manage patient health by advising on proper medication use.
